There is a Service Level Agreement in place until 31st December 2013 for all temporary and permanent staff, for all staff groups.
On the 1st January 2011 HCA International decreased the number of agencies on the Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Inclusion on the revised PSL was by invitation only and continued inclusion is reliant on the consistent supply of highly skilled and experience acute clinical staff, particularly in key shortage areas.
HCA International is not currently accepting applications to join HCA's PSL.
