Providing a robust Mandatory training programme - Developing an on-going Mandatory training program that meets the requirements of the staff, the Group and the Law.
The HCA International Mandatory Training programme begins immediately with a thorough 2 day induction programme incorporating Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Customer Care, Performance Management and Cultural Awareness sessions. All staff attend Mandatory Training refresher sessions once a year.
Developing personal development opportunities - Utilising the Performance Management system completely, allowing staff and managers to investigate training needs and opportunities.
