Position Summary:	Staff nurses wanted to work on a busy Oncology/Haematology/ENT/Breast surgery ward.
General Responsibility:	Provide a high standard of holistic nursing care Be able to carry out assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care Liaise with other members of the MDT Participate in clinical audit of the service
Requirements	NMC registered First level registration at Diploma or Degree level Previous post registration experience essential Good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Positive mental attitude and sensitivity Good organisational skills with the ability to flexibly respond to the needs of the department
