Position Summary: Working at one of the ten Reception Desks on the Harley Street Clinic site, meeting and greeting of the Patients and dealing with their concerns and enquiries. Ensuring that Consultants Clinics are managed in a efficient and professional manner
General
Responsibility:

Meeting and greeting of Visitors and Patients
-Smooth running of the Consultants Clinics
-Liaising between the Consultant and Clinical/ inpatient/outpatient services
-Answering and dealing with Phone calls and enquiries
Requirements - Project a professional image
- Previous experience of working in a front of house capacity essential
- Hospital or simillar experience very advantageous
