Position Summary:	Positon advertised: 15th February 2010 Acute Abdominal Surgical 21 bed Ward. Urology/ Gynae/ Colorectal Liver (Medical/ Surgical and Transplant) 9 Long Days and 4 nights per month. Admin duties depending on individual
General Responsibility:	Clinical seamless Management of the Ward Clinical credibility in patient care Quality Management Workforce Planning Staff development and appraisals Clinical specialty lead depending on experience
Requirements	NMC Registered Significant experience in at least two of the above specialities (or clinical specialist in one) Familiarity with IT programmes and confident with keyboard skills Team Player Mentorship certification Clinical focus to role Creative Solution finding attitude
