Position Summary:
General
Responsibility:

· To provide and facilitate appropriate training for all theatre staff
· To promote good clinical practice at all times in order to develop and maintain a culture of excellence
· To participate as a member of the theatre team in order to maintain own scrub and circulating skills
Requirements · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Flexibility in response to the needs of the department
· Good team building skills
· Excellent leadership and motivational skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered ODP
· Significant relavant experience required
· Mentorship Course
· Experience in Practice Development
