Position Summary:	The Cardiology Department at the Wellington Hospital is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and positive thinking Healthcare Assistant. The Department consists of 3 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 non invasive procedure rooms providing a wide range of invasive and non invasive procedures.
General Responsibility:	The candidate will work under the direction of trained staff, assisting with the care of patients, the maintenance of a safe, clean and comfortable environment, and in the clerical/administrative running of the department.
Requirements	Good spoken English Good basic level of education NVQ level 3 Previous hospital experience Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
