Responsibility:

To take responsibility for health and safety.
To assist the Head Chef and his deputies by ensuring that all standards set within the department, both in hygiene and production are adhered to.
To ensure that a sufficient amount of food and supplies are available to patients, staff restaurant and other departments, when required.

Requirements The job holder needs to be physically fit, should hold necessary qualifications and have suitable previous experience.
