The main purpose of this post is to provide management & leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister.

Support & act as role model for junior staff,promoting learning environment.
Promote good communication & team work.
Regularly deputise for Sister.
Contribute to research based & other practice development initiatives.
Maintain safe environment for patients & staff.
Prioritising workloads & directing staff accordingly.
Requirements Orthopaedic Nursing qualification.
Mentorship Course.
