Position Summary: This role will be to assist in the co-ordination and management of Clinical risk across the hospital
General
Responsibility:

•Assisting the clinical managers in coordinating investigation of clinical risks
•Assisting the Quality Development Manager and chair of Clinical Risk Management Committee in preparation for and following Clinical Risk Management Committee meetings
Requirements •Good computer skills ( Word, Excel, Access)
•Risk Management qualification or intention to undertake
•Proactive and able to find solutions to problems
•Ability to work closely with others
•Knowledge/experience of working in a hospital environment
•Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and enabling the smooth and safe operation of the hospital.
•Maintain confidentiality of patient related and business information.
•Keep up to date with current procedures and work within the HCA legislative framework.
•Maintain accurate records
•Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
•High level of self motivation
•Good organisational skills
•Have excellent customer care skills
•Ability to make decisions and prioritise whilst working under pressure
