Position Summary: Medical Physicist with lead role for Radiosurgery service to include Gamma Knife and Cyberknife.
General
Responsibility:

The post holder shall be responsible for managing the Radiosurgery section on a day to day basis. This will include taking part in the planning, treatment and audit of patients undergoing CyberKnife and/or Gamma Knife procedures. The post holder shall also ensure that the machines' treatment planning systems are included in the quality system in operation at the Clinic. Furthermore, dose audits should be carried out in conjunction with the QA & Dosimetry team to ensure the integrity of the dosimetry systems in place remain high.
Requirements The post holder will be part of the team that provides a high quality Medical Physics
Service to the Harley Street Cancer Centre and, where appropriate, to other facilities within HCA International Ltd. The post holder will need to have to have a flexible attitude to the working day.
