Position Summary: Restructuring required due to change of patient mix and competency of current staff holders to cope with change in business.
General
Responsibility:

To take overall charge of management of the Paediatric floor and PPCU, reporting directly to the Paediatric Manager on a daily basis

To initiate change and ensure follow through until completion to required standard

To establish and support a clear educational standard from all the team ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and that practice is in line with national guidelines providing evidence to support same.
Requirements Dual registered RN with post grad degree /cert.
Current EPLS registration desirable
