Position Summary: A Receptionist is required to provide support services to our busy Audiology Department and to deliver a high quality service to our clients / patients.
General
Responsibility:

Meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries

Answer telephone enquiries, referring where appropriate

Update and maintain knowledge of hospital services / facilities relevant to the unit
Requirements Good spoken & Written English
Customer care skills
Ability to work under pressure
Computer literate
