Position Summary: We are looking for a full time Training Administrative Assistant on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 3 months to work within our Learning and Development department based in our Head Office.

General
Responsibility:

Duties include:

? To co-ordinate all training courses

? Arranging and managing training venues

? Deal efficiently with course application / registrations

? Order and maintain stationary requests for office and training sessions

? Maintain and update accurate training records

? Set up Training rooms in preparation for sessions held

? Order refreshments/food for presentations held

? Liaise with external organisations/individuals/trainers

? Maintain a database and provide regular statistical reports on training attendance etc.

? Co-ordinate and arrange training dates for the year with Learning & Development Lead

? Provide admin support to teaching staff

? Advise on solutions to satisfy training needs

? Work with the Manager to ensure Training Department works within the budget allocated

? Facilitate sessions within The Corporate Induction Programme

? Other adhoc duties

? Projects

Requirements Good level of education
Computer literate - Word / Excel

Good verbal and non verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Clerical / administrative skills
Organisational skills
Evidence of update skills and knowledge
