Position Summary: Posts available for administration and technical support to the laboratory and clients.
General
Responsibility:

Handling of telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
Distribution of post incoming/outgoing
Liasing with clients to support the Office Supervisor and the CSM
Handling results enquiries from HCA Hospitals and external clients
Liasing with the other laboratory departments
Providing information on tests and results
Requirements Excellent written and spoken English
Able to deal with high volume of calls in an efficient and speedy manner
Knowledge of laboratory and test terminology an advantage
Computer/keyboard skills
Teamwork/flexibility but also able to work under own initiative.
