Assessment and treatment of patients
Achieve and maintain high standards of practice within the department
Comply with legislative and hospital policies and procedure, ensuring patient safety
Practice a high level of customer care
Liaise with consultants, nursing staff and all departments as necessary to provide a comprehensive service for users
Assist in staff orientation and training
To report all equipment faults
Assist with stock control
Ensure all examination charges are captured
Conduct oneself professionally at all times
Ensure department is clean and tidy
Maintain accurate patient records
Participate in on call service
