Position Summary: The CEO’s PA at London Bridge Hospital is looking for an administrative assistant to support her with the maintenance of Consultants’ personal documentation to comply with the Healthcare Commission Rules and Regulations. The role will include corresponding with Consultants, providing administrative support to the CEO’s PA and covering in his/her absence. The candidate should be computer literature, proficient in Word and Excel, Microsoft office and have excellent communication skills.
General
Responsibility:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES



• Maintenance of Consultants’ personal documentation to comply with the Healthcare Commission Rules and Regulations. This includes corresponding with Consultants to request updated information.

• To provide ad hoc administrative support to the CEO’s PA.

• This will include filing, photocopying and distribution of material to Consultants.

• To cover for the CEO’s PA in his/her absence

• Written responses to patient questionnaires and forwarding on to relevant departments

Requirements KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

• Good level of education
• Computer literate – Word / Excel
• Administration experience preferred


PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY

• Day to Day administration
• Prioritise Workload

• Liaison with managers and staff at all levels
• Liaison with external organisations
