Position Summary: The post holder must have the relevant scrub skills for adult cardiothoracic surgery,
and be able to assist with a range of other complex surgical specialities. This is
also a clinical leadership role, the key requirements for the post are excellent
clinical and organisational skills combined with good communication and
inter-personal skills.
Requirements The post holder must demonstrate a commitment to providing a
quality service to both patients and doctors. The role requires participation in an
on-call rota.
