Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join our friendly pharmacy team working alongside 14 other pharmacists and technicians. Our main specialities are cardiac, oncology, renal, neurology and orthopaedic.
General
Responsibility:

The post will rotate between dispensary services, delivery of clinical pharmacy services to general, medical, surgical and oncology patients and participation in cover to the on site cytotoxic reconstitution suite.
You will also be involved in medication reviews and reconciliation, representing pharmacy at specific clinical meetings, information and training for staff, and the opportunity to contribute to clinical service development and policy work.

Requirements We welcome enthusiasm and commitment, value talent and appreciate people who can bring something special to our environment.
Continuous professional development is encouraged and supported through the possibility of undertaking further post graduate qualifications.
Applicants should have a minimum of one/two years post-qualification experience, preferably with relevant hospital experience. Completion of post-graduate clinical qualifications and experience in oncology would be an advantage but not essential.
There is a requirement for remunerated on-call and weekend work.
