General
Responsibility:

The post holder will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day activity
within theatres, with a focus on major orthopaedic surgery including joint
replacement surgery.
Requirements The post holder will be required to have:
*An in depth knowledge of major orthopaedic surgery and relevant scrub skills
*The ability to scrub for a range of other surgical specialities, e.g.
Neurosurgery, Spinal, Vascular, General, Urology.
*The interpersonal skills to work well within the multidisciplinary team
*Evidence of continuing professional development
*Evidence of some management experience
* Very good organisational skills
*Good computer skills
