Position Summary: If you are looking for a role that rewards good performance, with training and advancement, this may be the job for you.

The postholder will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Estates Department providing a quality service with good customer care skills. A qualified Engineer with good knowledge of all building services would be preferable.

The following qualities are required:
An excellent communicator providing a sound reliable service in line with service level agreements.
Able to prioritise workloads to meet the needs of the hospital.
Plan works with minimum disruption to Patients, staff and visitors.
Ensure all statuary regulations, Insurance inspections are carried out.
Available to respond to all emergency situations.

40 hours per week. Extensive Healthcare/Building Services/5 Staff Hotel Standard required.
