Position Summary: An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sister within the Critical Care Unit at London Bridge Hospital. The position involves providing leadership and management to a dynamic nursing team with support and guidance from the Senior Sisters and Manager. Providing nursing care to the highest standard for critically ill patients. The unit admits adult medical and surgical patients form all specialities, including direct admissions from abroad.
General
Responsibility:

To clinically manage and lead the department on a shift pattern, providing support and supervision for the nursing staff working in the team.
Provide excellent and up to date critical care nursing skills and competencies.
Requirements We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Junior Sister to maintain the current high standards of care. Must possess a critical care qualification and experience in leadership within the critical care environment. Up to date critical care skills and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable; ALS, Mentorship Qualification and educated to degree level.
