Position Summary: Enthusiastic and motivated staff nurse to join the team on this busy 24 bedded cardiac unit. Specialities include cardiac /thoracic surgery and interventional cardiology.
General
Responsibility:

To maintain a high level of clinical practice at all times.
Be accountable for own actions.
Assess, plan and deliver care to meet patient and family needs.
To liaise effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary team.
Requirements 1 year cardiac experience
Venepuncture skill/ cannulation desirable
ILS desirable
Excellent communication skills.
Good team player
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
