Position Summary: To provide excellent clinical leadership and deputise for the Ward Manager. Minimum five years experience in Cardiac Nursing required with a relevnat qualification.
General
Responsibility:

Co-ordinate the 24 bed ward on a daily basis. Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and promote best practice. Provide support and education to the ward team while promoting a stimulating learning environment. To provide support to the Manager and deputise effectively in her absence.
Requirements RGN Level 1
Cardiac experience
Previous ward management experience
Stron leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
ALS course
Evidence of continuos professional and personal development
Computer literate
